This sun powered freshwater micro-algae - a relative of seaweed - has been at the base of the food chain for at least 2 billion years, helping to oxygenate and "green" the planet. However the special properties of this microscopic plant have only been discovered in the last few decades, due to modern technology enabling research and proper analysis and cultivation. In Japan for example, where a great deal of research has been carried out, Chlorella has already become established as a top-selling health food supplement. It is now designated a "Functional Food" by the Japanese government
Chlorella 2000 is an ideal way to aid the body in obtaining vital nutrients including some of the trace elements, from an unsynthesized source often missing from today's diet, ie: through eating convenience foods, etc. Nature has endowed Chlorella with a very high class protein levels (containing all 8 essential amino acids), which may be especially useful to vegetarians and vegans, as this wide range of amino acids is not available in other plant protein sources.
Chlorella contains many vitamins and minerals including high levels of Beta Carotene (the non-toxic Pro Vitamin A), the much lauded protective vitamin and anti-oxidant; and the highest known source of chlorophyll (chlorophyll is similar in composition to haemoglobin, which helps to build red blood cells, and it is considered to be a natural cleanser and deodorant). Chlorella is an outstanding source of iron, and as it is an organic form it is easily absorbed - and therefore very useful for those suffering anaemia.
If vitality is low it is often thought to be a lack of B12 in the diet: Chlorella is an excellent natural source - and one of the only plant sources - B12, again good news for vegetarians and vegans. Chlorella also contains Omega 3 oils - the healthy polyunsaturated oils, normally found in fish which obtain their sources from plants like Chlorella.
Unique to Chlorella is a substance termed Chlorella Growth Factor or C.G.F., located in the nucleus, which enables the plant to reproduce at a rapid rate. Research has found that C.G.F. Helps to increase the growth of "friendly" bowel flora, ie: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, and the maintenance of a healthy bowel is essential for absorption of nutrients and therefore good for health. Finally, the cellulose wall protects the integrity of the plant and although not used directly by the body, acts as a bowel fibre and aids elimination of heavy metal toxins.
Beewell Chlorella 2000 is cultivated in mineral water, in Taiwan by one of the world's leading producers, and monitored by micro-biologists to ensure nutritional levels of the highest quality, and the cell wall is broken down (without heat or chemicals) to allow good digestibility. The tablets are 100% pure premium grade Chlorella pyrenoidosa, with no additives or binders and contain no gluten, yeast or lactose. Chlorella 2000 works synergistically: Prevailing opinion deems that although synthesized supplements contain high quantities of individual vitamins and minerals, because they are in isolation they are not all fully utilised by the body, whereas the combined nutrients contained in Chlorella, a complete natural wholefood, are absorbed and utilised much more efficiently.
Chlorella 200 is a natural (organic food state) supplement it does not contain any colourings, preservatives, additives, excipients or binders of any kind, with a very impressive range of broad spectrum naturally occurring nutrients i.e.: *Substantial levels of Nucleic Acids RNA/DNA- *Highest known source of Chlorophyll- *Three of the powerful anti-oxidants(Beta-Carotone, Vitamins E & C)- *Minerals such as Zinc & Copper which are needed for the production of the body's own enzyme anti-oxidants- *18 Amino Acids including the 8 Essential- *Excellent source of naturally occurring Iron- *Vitamin B complex, including high levels of B12- *Over 25 Vitamins and Minerals- *Valuable micronutrients including Chloline & Inositol- *Chlorella is also the source of the highly researched C.G.F. (Chlorella Growth Factor), a complex combination of Peptides, Nucleotides and Amino Acids.
Chlorella 2000. is the most concentrated source of whole food nutrition known to exist on earth, and contains a broader spectrum of significant nutrients than any other known food source.
