Mainland UK is as defined by our courier Business Post.

Postage to other countries in Europe and the rest of the world will have to be advised due to the complexity of our goods.  Foodstuffs are not so easy to post to other countries as they can be heavy, contain glass, etc.  Weight and volume are also factors to consider for both our couries and the Post Office.  ALL other Countries will be advised of charges via e-mail.

Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days,(may vary in busy periods) and are sent either by Royal Mail First Class or our courier service depending upon the weight & value of the order. In Sussex we offer same or next day service depending on the time we receive the order.

Please note
Business couriers & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. Our Business couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery times, but do try to work with our customers to arrange suitable times for both parties. If instructions are recieved with the order, every effort will be made to deliver according to the customers wishes, Royal Mail however, do not offer guaranteed times and deliver only when suitable to their delivery services, and will not declare a package as 'lost' until after 10 working days. 

Back Orders
If an item you order is not in stock, you will  be informed of delivery time. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and we will issue an immediate refund. 

Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Packages leave Healthlinkuk.com in perfect condition, claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend your taking a photograph of any damage to assist your claim.

By Law Policy
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.

How to Cancel

To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period, please return the invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the invoice enclosed. The goods should be back at Healthlinkuk.com within 7 working days of you receiving your order. We will calculate this as 9 working days from the date we posted the package to you. We reserve the right to use Healthlinkuk.com calculations in this instance.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or another insured service as we can not re-imburse your account without receiving the items back first, in perfect condition. 
Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation.
