Delivery and Postage Information

Healthlink does not, nor intends to, make a profit from our postal rates.

Due to the wide variety of our products on offer and the limitations of our shopping cart software, we have tried to be as fair with our shipping charges as we can be.  The fees charged for postage relate to the area you live in and the type of goods you may have ordered. i.e.  

Remember!  Our couriers allow us to send upto 25kg for the postal fee - so you could order many more items for the same postage.

If you order from our supplement or bodycare range there should be a standard charge for most items - the exceptions being heavy goods.  This is at present set at £2.00 and goods will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class service which is usually delivered in 1-2 days. This applies to the whole of Mainland UK regardless of your area code. If you order in larger quantities we usually cover the extra postage ourselves from the extra sales.  If you reside outside of Mainland UK such as, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Shipping costs for these areas will be calculated once we receive your order – and the price advised to you by email or telephone.

Ordering food items or goods that have a lot of weight and small margins will have to be charged at their proper postal rates. We try to be fair on this and offer two services between our courier service and the Royal Mail service.  Once your goods have been packed and weighed, we then decide which service to send them by according to their weight and area code.  If we can send them out cheaper and you have paid excessively we then refund the difference via your payment method. i.e. Paypal, debit or charge card.  This also applies if the order you originally made has changed due to 'out of stocks', discontinued lines, etc.

All orders are dealt with on the same or next working day. If there are any problems with fufilling your order you will be informed ASAP and given various options to decide on.  We get 90% of our orders out on the day of receiving them and using fast postal services usually means you get them in 1-2 days.

Deliveries to rest of EU. 
We deliver to all countries and will email you courier or postal costs before processing the order so you may decide to proceed with the order or not.  Should you decide the postal costs are too great we can then refund your Full payment according to the method you paid by.

Deliveries outside of UK & EU. 
We deliver as far away as Australia and New Zealand and many places in between.  Export orders outside the UK and EC countries will not be charged V.A.T. This can easily be deducted (divide by 1.175 to arrive at the price less V.A.T.) EC countries now pay full V.A.T. All export delivery and packaging charges will be calculated seperately, and charged at cost.  We shall take off the VAT charge for you and in many cases this will cover the postage charges. 

Just make out your order as usual and we shall calculate the postal costs according to weight and area and email you so you can decide to proceed with the order.  Should you wish to cancel we shall refund the Full payment you made by the payment method you made it by.

What if I am not in?
We can arrange to have your goods left somewhere should you be out, but you must take responsibility for their safety.
