The effectiveness of Hypericin, the main active constituent of St John?s Wort, builds over time. Therefore it is recommended to take St John?s Wort for at least two months in order to achieve the best results.

The formula combines Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort) together with Magnesium, Ginkgo and the amino acids L-Tyrosine and L-Glutamine.

Dosage: Adults: Take one tablet with a large glass of water, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the stated dose or use for prolonged periods without professional advice. St Johns Wort affects the way some medications work, seek professional advice before taking.
