This product has successfully been used to relieve muscle aches, ease back pain, soothe headaches, clear sinuses, refresh lost energy, and is even good on mosquito bites. The active ingredients are camphor and menthol, however, the cajuput, clove, cassia, and peppermint oils are what give this ointment its unique scent. This item helps increase blood circulation and helps to carry away lactic acid, which is the main cause of sore muscles. 

Ingredients:
Camphor: Camphor has a strong, penetrating, fragrant odor, locally it is an irritant and causes a numbing effect to the peripheral sensory nerves, to help relieve pain.
Menthol: A compound obtained from peppermint oil or other mint oils or made synthetically. Menthol has local anesthetic and counterirritant qualities. It is contained in nonprescription products for short-term relief of muscle aches, sprains, and similar conditions.
Cajiput: Antispasmodic, diaphoretic, stimulant, antiseptic.
Clove: Contains 15 to 20% essential oil which is mostly Eugenol which is a very strong antiseptic. Clove oil is often applied directly to an aching tooth, bringing immediate relief.
Peppermint Oil: Used in a wide variety of ways including, relaxation and stimulation or energizing. Also assists in helping to breathe easier and soothe discomforts for a more restful sleep.

Directions: Apply Tiger Balm® to the affected area. Feel the warmth of its ingredients helping to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness. Apply Tiger Balm® to overworked muscles to help reduce soreness. Tiger Balm® provides temporary relief of aches and pains due to overexertion, simple backaches, arthritis and joint pains. Rub well on affected area. Repeat 3-4 times daily. For children under 2, consult a physician.

Ingredients
Menthol BP 8.0%, clove oil BP 1.5%, cajuput oil BPC 13.0%, camphor BP 11.0%, dementholised mint oil BP 16.0%, paraffin base (yellow soft paraffin BP and hard paraffin BP) 50.5%.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens or persists for more than 7 days, discontinue use and consult a physician. May cause an allergic reaction in some individuals with sensitive skin; test on small area before use. If severe irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, contact a poison control center or physician immediately.
