INGREDIENTS: Cod Liver Oil, Fish Oil Concentrate (Triomega®), Vitamin E, Vitamin D Prep. (Fractionated Vegetable Oil, Vitamin D).

Recommended Daily Intake: Adults (over 15 years) 10 ml (2 teaspoons) a day. Children (over 11 years) 5 ml (1 teaspoon) a day. Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice.
