These terms apply to the entire contents of this website under the domain name http://www.healthlinkuk.com/ (the "Website") and to any correspondence by e-mail between us and you.

The Website is operated by healthlink at 21f Station Road, Portslade, Brighton, East Sussex, BN41 1GX, UK, which is run as a real world shop which customers can visit if they so wish, between the hours of 9.00AM to 5.30PM, Monday to Saturday.  All goods offered for sale on the website are stocked within these premises except where noted.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, put them into the shopping cart and click on "confirm". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We regret that the online store does not show 'real time' stock availability.

You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please note that at no point is healthlinkuk.com passed any details regarding your credit card.
We are also able to process your card payment offline if you prefer. Please note that this is essentially a back up procedure and online payment is the preferred method.

Placing an order on this site shows acceptance of all terms and conditions contained within the 'Terms and Conditions of Use' section of this site.  Pictures on this website are for guidance only, colours and images may vary. The online store & order confirmation do not show 'real time' stock availability and whilst we aim to keep the catalogue up to date, some items may be out of stock at the time your order is processed. If you wish to be advised of any out of stock items before despatch, then please note it in the special instructions area of checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we would only do this if the price rise is large and usually send most stuff at the price you paid at order time.

Tax Charges

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate.
